De verdade. Pesquise outro lugar. Tomei um rombo de 1440 reais. E A RECLAMAÇÃO É GERAAAL. Onde você vai e fala de IPEMIG tem alguém pra falar mal. OU SEJA, ouça as avaliações do google e NÃO FAÇA COMO EU
 People!!! Do not register!!!! Do not enroll . Are you in doubt if you take an ipemig course? Do not do!!! Horrible materials, disengagement, truncated information, halfway warnings. In truth. Search elsewhere. I took a hole of 1440 reais. AND THE COMPLAINT IS GENERAL. Where you go and talk about IPEMIG, there's someone to say bad things about. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não liberam o certificado mesmo após conclusão do curso, exige quase o dobro da mensalidade para fazer liberação, me arrependi, só entrar no site do "reclame aqui" e ver as milhares de reclamações envolvendo a ipemig e seus certificados
They don't release the certificate even after completing the course, it requires almost twice the monthly fee to release it, I regretted it, just go to the "complain here" website and see the thousands of complaints involving ipemig and its certificates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não indico pra ninguém. Me arrependo de ter feito minha especialização com vocês. Demora pra liberar certificado, vc abre protocolo cobrando seus direitos e não tem previsão de nada. Pelo whatsapp só te pedem pra aguardar e nada se resolve.
Horrible, I don't recommend it to anyone. I regret having done my specialization with you. It takes time to release the certificate, you open a protocol charging your rights and you don't have anything planned. By whatsapp they only ask you to wait and nothing is resolved.

Quando tive que corrigir a data do diploma o atendimento na recepção pela Laiza foi excelente, rápido e eficiente. Imprimi o diploma no dia seguinte em casa. Recomendo.
Positive experience. Good service from the secretary and easy access to the AVA. After sales service from Jarles consultant impeccable with prompt response. When I had to correct the date of the diploma, the service at reception by Laiza was excellent, fast and efficient. I printed the diploma the next day at home. I recommend.

Beira o absurdo o que essa instituição faz com o discente. Sou aluno do curso de direito pela instituição Faculdade Batista ( não entre nessa, furada pura), que vendeu o curso para essa IPEMIG. estou com seis (6) matérias pendentes por questões pessoais, pois tive que trancar o segundo período. Avancei para os demais períodos deixando as matérias pendentes para o final. Agora começou uma luta sem explicação. A instituição não consegue formar turmas para que possa concluir as disciplinas pendentes ( Teoria geral da Constituição e Penal I) . Até ai tudo bem se não conseguem formar turmar, vou tentar em outra instituição que tenha o curso, peço a ementa de outras instituições para verificar a grade e liberar as pendências em outras instituições mas sequer conseguem te dar um retorno, estou desde 07.12.2021 tentando resolver, tem um coordenador que ele e nada e a mesma coisa. Pelo amor de Deus, resolvam minha vida. Daqui vou acionar o MEC e a Justiça Meu RA É 00021105 RESOLVAM MEU PROBLEMA.
THE WORST EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION I EVER KNEW
What this institution does to the student borders on the absurd. I'm a law student at Faculdade Batista (don't get into that, pure bored), which sold the course to this IPEMIG. I have six (6) subjects pending for personal reasons, because I had to lock the second period. I advanced to the other periods leaving the pending matters for the end. Now began an unexplained fight. The institution is unable to form classes so that it can complete pending subjects (General Theory of the Constitution and Penal I). Until then, it's ok if they can't form a class, I'll try at another institution that has the course, I ask for the menu of other institutions to check the grid and release the pending in other institutions but they can't even give you a return, I've been since 12.07.2021 trying to solve it, there is a coordinator that he and nothing and the same thing. For the love of God, fix my life. From here I will call the MEC and Justice My RA IS 00021105 SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A PIOR pós-graduação que vc pode cursar. Fuja. Busque outro curso, pelo seu bem. Não apresentaram a grade completa. Prestes a finalizar o curso, inseriram várias disciplinas, assumindo o erro por telefone, para não criar provas. Ao tentar resgatar, cobraram taxas. Questinados pelo erro, eles cancelaram de vez tudo, inclusive a possibilidade das taxas. O curso inteiro foi perdido. Erros do começo ao fim e abusos no atendimento. Iremos judicializar. Passe longe!
The WORST graduate degree you can attend. run away. Look for another course, for your own good. They did not present the complete grid. About to finish the course, they entered several disciplines, assuming the error over the phone, so as not to create tests. When trying to redeem, they charged fees. Questioned by the error, they canceled everything, including the possibility of fees. The entire course was lost. Mistakes from beginning to end and abuse in attendance. We will go to court. Go far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia péssima. Fiz o curso em 2020 estou desde 2021 tentando imprimir o diploma e agora em 12/01/2021. Consegui conversar com uma atendente de nome Fabiola. A mesma me informou que como passou do prazo tenho de pagar uma taxa de 149,00 para que seja impresso o diploma. Uma falta de informação ou fazem isso como para aumentar o custo do curso. Já até pedi para a moça do atendimento falar na área comercial para eles excluírem meu cel das suas propostas de cursos.
Bad experience. I took the course in 2020 I've been trying to print the diploma since 2021 and now on 01/12/2021. I managed to talk to an attendant named Fabiola. She informed me that as the deadline has passed, I have to pay a fee of 149.00 for the diploma to be printed. A lack of information or they do this as a way to increase the cost of the course. I've even asked the customer service girl to speak in the commercial area so they can exclude my cell from their course proposals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca passei tanta raiva pra solicitar uma simples declaração de conclusão de curso(geralmente qualquer faculdade te passa isso na hora, é uma simples declaração). Ainda assim, estou desde dia 22/12 aguardando meu certificado de conclusão, desde dia 06/01 aguardando resposta de um chamado , que tudo é chamado nesta ipemig, o teleatendimento não resolve nada. Qualquer resposta ou solicitação tem que aguardar no mínimo 5 dias pra primeiro te responder o protocolo e só depois tentarem resolver. Agora no início do ano correndo o risco de não pegar uma vaga, ficar desempregada, entrei em contato solicitando uma declaração de conclusão de emergência, pra isso terei que pagar e ainda assim aguardar os benditos 5 dias pra alguém me responder, emitir o boleto, eu pagar e só depois de 3 dias ainda liberar a declaração paga. Uma dica: evite estresse com uma empresa que dificultam, que demora e pouco importa com o que isso pode ocasionar na sua vida, na hora de vender são ligeiros , agora pra resolver, nem implorando ou pagando, misericórdia.
I've never been so angry to request a simple statement of course completion (usually any college gives you this on the spot, it's a simple statement). Even so, I've been waiting for my certificate of completion since 12/22, since 01/06 waiting for an answer to a call, that everything is called in this ipemig, the teleservice doesn't solve anything. Any response or request has to wait at least 5 days to first respond to the protocol and only then try to resolve it. Now, at the beginning of the year, at the risk of not getting a vacancy, being unemployed, I got in touch asking for a declaration of emergency conclusion, for that I will have to pay and still wait the blessed 5 days for someone to answer me, issue the ticket, I pay and only after 3 days still release the paid statement. A tip: avoid stress with a company that makes it difficult, that takes time and doesn't matter what it can cause in your life, when it comes to selling they are light, now to solve, not begging or paying, mercy.
