As janelas folgadas constantemente se batem pelo vento, fora seu abrir e fechar extremamente barulhentos, outra coisa que me irritou foi que mesmo no 3º andar, você consegue ouvir os passos e móveis sendo arrastados por todos abaixo e ao lado de você. É do tipo de bloco que não possui espaço entre o seu quarto e o quarto do vizinho ao lado também. Fora poder ouvir tudo o que os seus vizinhos fazem, possui boa localização; próximo à avenida, ao mateus do turu e com ônibus praticamente na porta.
Good location but the acoustica of the blocks is one of the worst I have ever seen. The breezy windows constantly flutter in the wind, outside its extremely loud open and close, another thing that irritated me was that even on the 3rd floor you can hear the footsteps and furniture being dragged by everyone below and beside you. It's the kind of block that does not have space between your bedroom and the neighbor's room next door as well. Outside being able to hear everything your neighbors do, it has a good location; near the avenue, to mateus do turu and with buses practically in the door.
