Colocaram uma bateria usada, e cobraram uma bateria como nova.
Não indico a ninguém, soube que eles fazem isso constantemente, Coloca peça usada dizendo que é nova.
The experience I had in this place is very bad. I left my iPhone to fix and it came out worse than it came in.
They put in a used battery, and charged a battery as new.
I don't tell anyone, I heard that they do this constantly, put a used piece saying it is new.

Levei a te essa tal assistencia
apenas a tela do aparelho não estava funcionando, avaliaram precisava fazer uma Desoxidaçao que ficaria em 180 reais
Voltei no outro Dia relataram que o aparelho estava em curto que iriam termina os reparos e me pediram pra volta novamente no outro dia
Chegando novamente a loja falaram que o aparelho estava ligando apenas ate no Samsung que ele estava travando que precisaria mecher mas e iria ficar mas Caro uns 280 reais
Falei que era pra montar o aparelho que iria levar e perguntei Quanto tinha que pagar , pelo fato que eles falou que iria fazer a oxidação do aparelho e tal não quiseram cobra nada e quiseram compra o aparelho pra retirada de peça queriam dar 80 reais nao vendi ! Pedi pra amontar o aparelho mas nao quiseram montar na hora , pediram pra novamente voltar outro Dia , eu novamente no outro Dia cheguei a loja aparelho todo desmontado me pediram pra esperam fora da loja que a moça me levava demoraram uns 50 minutos pra montar o aparelho e me levar
Chegando na minha cidade levei o aparelho na assistência técnica e me deram um laudo que o aparelho nem desoxidado tinha sido e estava Faltando componentes do aparelho e danificaram alguns !
Se um aparelho nao tem concerto a assistência nao tem direiro nenhum de retirar nenhum componente do aparelho celular mesmo que nao funcione
Qualquer aparelho que entra na assistência com oxidação, mesmo que a placa esteja em curto não de conserto, tem que devolver para o cliente o aparelho com todas as peças !
Irrei procura sim o Procon pelas falta dos componentes do aparelho mesmo que nao funcionace mas o aparelho e os componentes são Meus !!!
