Segundamente, quero esclarecer que a avaliação diz respeito unicamente ao atendimento, já que não precisei contratar serviço algum. Mantive contato previamente pelo Facebook para explicar meu problema e me foi explicado que caso se tratasse de teste em balcão não haveria qualquer cobrança e assim aconteceu, com atendimento bastante cortês.
Deixo apenas a sugestão de que os testes de balcão sejam feitos de fato do balcão, na presença do cliente. Isso passa uma sensação de transparência maior, o que, acredito, ajuda a cativar os clientes de setor de serviços.
