★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em Feira Nova, aproximadamente 33km de vitoria e me recomendaram a iphones Vitória para avaliar a situação do aparelho; Ele estava com o display e a bateria lesada, queria que algum técnico avaliasse se era possível fazer a troca ou em caso de condenação do aparelho, eu iria comprar outro; Em meio a pandemia já é difícil tomar a decisão de sair de casa, mesmo assim fui até lá e quando cheguei Uma moça que nem lembro o nome prestou um péssimo atendimento, não se preocupou ou se atentou a minha demanda, disse que eles não trabalhavam com técnico no endereço do Iphones, pedi pra olhar os aparelhos que estavam a venda, também não consegui porque a mesma disse que na loja não ficava nenhum aparelho, enfim, cheguei na loja com uma expectativa legal, hj nem indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido ontem do aparelho, antes do pagamento toda hora a loja me mandava mensagem, agora depois que paguei tudo certinho, eles não me responde e muito menos me dá informações sobre o aparelho , mas não tô preucupado já aconteceu comigo isso antes sou fácil pra encontrar tudo ,de verdade nunca tinha visto atendimento assim antes , e lamentável tem chance de melhorar muito basta apenas ter mais conexão com os clientes e responsabilidade ?
