★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento. Má vontade. Além de tudo isso, tivemos um problema com o pagamento. Minha esposa abasteceu. Disseram que o cartão não tinha passado e foi cobrado duas vezes. O posto reconhece que a cobrança foi feita em duplicidade mas não resolve o problema. Provavelmente teremos que resolver no Pequenas Causas.
 Service very slow. Ill will. On top of that, we had a problem with the payment. My wife stocked up. They said the card had not been issued and was charged twice. The post acknowledges that the charge was made in duplicate but does not solve the problem. We will probably have to resolve it in the Small Causes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com exceção de alguns funcionários, que são bem atenciosos, o posto esta mau gerido. a Conveniência que nunca fica pronta, em horário de pico, falta funcionário nas bombas, e fora horário de pico é funcionário que só te atende se vc parar na bomba do lado do caixa. Precisa melhorar muito a qualidade do atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema chato de troca de turno, nunca vi isso!! Meu ultimo abastecimento em 19/09/2020 foi colocar etanol e o carro não ligar mais no dia seguinte. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Péssimo atendimento, funcionários lerdos e sem conhecimento dos produtos que vendem. Assim que vc chega na bomba já é avisado que não está abastecendo com o valor do aplicativo. Nunca abasteceu! A loja de conveniência há tempos não funciona. Merece falir. Quem não tem competência não se estabeleça. Horrível.
Horrible. Poor service, slow staff and unaware of the products they sell. As soon as you arrive at the pump you are already warned that you are not supplying the value of the application. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O posto Ipiranga na região da Direitos Humanos, pelo nome que carrega deixa a desejar em três ou quatro vezes em que estive lá , demorei muito a ser atendido, pois o pessoal estava mudando o turno e ele não atendem enquanto não fecham os caixas !
Eu recomendaria aos responsáveis que fechassem uma parte e depois a outra parte dos caixas, dessa forma não pararia o atendimento!!
Mesmo assim recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muita má vontade e descaso. Os frentistas fingem q não vê o cliente. Infelizmente fica óbvio q não tem um responsável presente o tempo todo. Por coisas desse tipo q procuro outro posto p abastecer.

Sempre que voce pára pra abastecer é um estresse porque nao tem gente suficiente para todas as bombas. Sem contar que suspenderam o uso do aplicativo Abasteca Aí sem por qualquer banner que seja visível antes de adentrar ao posto. Após abastecer que eles informam, o qual foi um extresse . Afinal tive que pagar a vista, ped
Rdi o descontos e postos. So aceitei isso porque o frentistas me.disse que ele pagaria do bolso dele, então quis prejudica-lo. Moro em frente ao posto e encho o tanque toda semana nesse posto porquê trabalho longe. Desde então passe a abastecer na rede shell, afinal o barato sai caro manter esse posto mal gerenciado e duvidoso.
