Com 15 dias simplesmente parou de funcionar o touch nas extremidades, ficou com cor diferente nos teclados e rachou a tela (a cada dia racha mais ) fui ao mesmo lugar que instalei (quiosque do shopping Tijuca ) fui extremamente mal atendido, extremamente! Pela funcionária Michele.
A mesma tirou a película ( que segundo ela é inquebrável mas rachou a tela do celular sem nenhuma queda e a película ficou intacta ... O que não faz sentido nenhum prefereria que quebrasse toda a película do que a tela !!!!)
E mesma ainda tirou a película do meu celular , não colocou direito, foi extremamente arrogante e mal educada. Eu não paguei barato pela tela, esperava no mínimo um atendimento respeitoso. Não indico de jeito nenhum o quisoque do shopping Tijuca !!!
I changed the screen of my cell phone, which was replaced by an original one according to them. She took the film (which according to her is unbreakable but cracked the cell phone screen without any fall and the film was intact... Which makes no sense, I would rather it broke the entire film than the screen!!!!)
And she even took the film off my cell phone, didn't put it right, was extremely arrogant and rude. I didn't pay cheap for the screen, I expected at least a respectful service. In no way do I indicate the Tijuca shopping kiosk !!!
