Recentemente menos de 30 dias troquei a internet da minha casa, bom vamos fale que menos de 30 dias ela gerou um boleto de 23 reais e em nenhum momento fui informado, ou enviado via email... Enfim com muito custo consegui o boleto e no dia 27 o mesmo foi pago... Interessante que hoje cortaram a internet por falta de pagamento, e mesmo enviando o comprovante de pagamento se recusaram a desbloquear e ainda sinuaram que falsifiquei um comprovante de 23 reais. Perdi o dia inteiro da manhã pra resolver e até agora só me enrolam, falei com a moça que vendeu o plano e até agora não me deram justificativa... De verdade quanta humilhação estou passando !!

Let's evaluate the IPNET company... Recently, less than 30 days ago I changed the internet at my house, well let's say that less than 30 days it generated a ticket for 23 reais and at no time was I informed, or sent via email... Anyway with a lot of cost I got the ticket and on the 27th it was paid... Interesting that today they cut the internet due to lack of payment, and even sending the proof of payment they refused to unlock it and even hinted that I falsified a proof of 23 reais. I wasted the whole day in the morning to solve it and so far they've only got me involved, I spoke to the girl who sold the plan and so far they haven't given me any justification... Really, how much humiliation I'm going through!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela,porque não consigo deixar com menos !! Internet horrivel,cara pela quantidade de gigas oferecida e o pior é quando vc tenta cancelar essa desgraça !! Vc contrata pelo telefone,mas não consegue cancelar de jeitp nenhum !! Estou com um ponto desligado desde o dia 1/02/2022 e eles ficam enrolando para cancelar !! Se não quiser ter problemas sérios,não contratem ,porquê é só isso que vão conseguir,e ter seus dados roubados e receber cobranças indevidas ,vem de brinde com o plano...fica a dica !!!
One star, because I can't leave it less!! Horrible internet, man for the amount of gigs offered and the worst thing is when you try to cancel this disgrace!! You hire over the phone, but you can't cancel at all!! I've had a point disconnected since 02/1/2022 and they keep stalling to cancel !! If you don't want to have serious problems, don't hire, because that's all you'll get, and have your data stolen and receive undue charges, comes as a gift with the plan... here's the tip!!!
