Durante a aula fica claro que eles não tem só o embasamento teórico, mas toda uma vivência prática que só acrescenta no assunto estudado. Os professores compartilham muito material que eles produziram em anos de carreira e que nós recebemos como bonificação.
I really like the degree of knowledge that teachers have. During the class it is clear that they have not only the theoretical basis, but a whole practical experience that only adds to the studied subject. The teachers share a lot of material that they have produced in years of career and that we receive as a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total! Instituição completamente focada nos interesses próprios e inflexível em relação as necessidades dos alunos. Qualidade de ensino muito inferior ao que eu esperava. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Total disappointment! Institution completely focused on its own interests and inflexible in relation to students' needs. Teaching quality much lower than what I expected. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Não consigo falar com uma atendente da instituição, pois fico aguardando o atendimento e a ligação cai.
outra questão: para reposição de aula, temos um custo de R$300,00 e esse valor vai sofre acréscimo a partir de janeiro 2022. Estou tentando agendar e pagar o boleto da reposição antes do reajuste porém, não é permitido. Ou seja... serei obrigada a pagar mais caro.
E olha que não é aula presencial;
Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, além causar muito estresse.

another question: for class replacement, we have a cost of R$300.00 and this value will increase from January 2022. I am trying to schedule and pay the replacement ticket before the adjustment, however, it is not allowed. In other words... I'll be forced to pay more.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, besides causing a lot of stress.
