Em outras assistências não tinha a bateria e nem a prestação pronta do serviço, além de ter sido tratada mal em outra assistência. Agradeço e recomendo.

I highly recommend, super polite and helpful staff. Service grade ten, my cell gave a problem I took it to be fixed and it was great, not to mention how quickly they delivered it to me before the stipulated deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos um smartphone Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 com o touch sem funcionamento, lá fomos alertados que seria a tela e a troca era a única coisa a sanar o problema e que o prazo para entrega seria de umas sete horas por conta do procedimento a ser empregado, no entanto, uma hora e meia após deixarmos o aparelho nos ligaram nos informando que era apenas um mal contato do cabo Flex flat e que já poderíamos buscar. Agradeço pela ótima atenção da Bianca a moça que nos atendeu e pela honestidade da loja que fica na Itiberê pois poderiam nos devolver dizendo que trocaram e não saberíamos. Fica a dica para as diversas lojas do seguimento que fica inclusive na mesma avenida, honestidade com o cliente sempre!
We took a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 smartphone with the touch not working, there we were told that it would be the screen and the change was the only thing to remedy the problem and that the delivery time would be around seven hours due to the procedure to be used, however, an hour and a half after we left the device, they called us informing us that it was just a bad contact with the flat Flex cable and that we could look for it. I am grateful for the great attention of Bianca, the girl who attended us, and for the honesty of the store located in Itiberê, as they could return it to us saying that they exchanged it and we wouldn't know. Here's a tip for the various stores in the segment that are even on the same avenue, honesty with the customer always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, levei meu celular com a tela quebrada e tremendo toda a imagem, o preço era 420, já que a tela era a melhor que tinha, levei o celular para iQuebrou umas 11:30 e meu celular já estava pronto para buscar as 17:00, celular ficou perfeitamente bom, funcionários muito atenciosos, gentis e profissionais, muitas opções de capinhas para celular e películas, preços muito bons, recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci pelo Google devido as avaliações, fiz contato pelo whats e informei que precisava trocar o touch do celular da esposa que é um modelo chinês umidigi a7 pro, nem todo lugar quer mexer com aparelho chinês, não precisei ir pessoalmente a loja foi tudo por whatsapp, mandaram motoboy pra retirar e entregar o aparelho em casa.
Foi trocado no mesmo dia o touch, recomendo demais a loja pela honestidade, cordialidade e atendimento impecável.
Detalhe moro na Ocian e busquei qualidade e não proximidade.
I got to know it through Google due to the reviews, I made contact through whats and informed that I needed to change the touch of the wife's cell phone which is a Chinese model umidigi a7 pro, not every place wants to mess with Chinese device, I didn't have to go to the store in person it was all by whatsapp , they sent a motoboy to remove and deliver the device at home.
The touch was changed on the same day, I highly recommend the store for its honesty, cordiality and impeccable service.
I live in Ocian and I looked for quality and not proximity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local, levei meus dois Notebooks para arrumar, um deles é antigo e estava na minha gaveta sem funcionar a uns 5 anos, eles conseguiram arrumar, e não ficou tão caro, pensei que gastaria mais. Não me lembro o nome do rapaz que arrumou, só sei que ele é bem alto, super educado e atencioso, e com certeza resolveu meu problema. Só gratidão por ter profissionais capacitados aqui na quebrada.
Além da assistência, tem a loja que vende todos os itens de informática, cabos etc ...
Ponto negativo: ter paciência para estacionar o carro, qualquer comércio na Av Itiberê tem que ter paciência porque é uma avenida muito movimentada, recomendo as ruas laterais.

Excellent place, I took my two Notebooks to fix, one of them is old and was in my drawer without working for about 5 years, they managed to fix it, and it wasn't that expensive, I thought I would spend more. I don't remember the name of the guy who fixed it, I just know that he is very tall, super polite and attentive, and he certainly solved my problem. Just gratitude for having trained professionals here in the broken.
In addition to assistance, there is a store that sells all IT items, cables, etc...
Negative point: be patient to park the car, any trade on Av Itiberê has to be patient because it is a very busy avenue, I recommend the side streets.
