★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A oftalmologista é péssima, mal olha pro paciente, não se importa com o que a gente diz e não se preocupa em explicar o que ela encontrou no exame clínico, a consulta dura menos que 5 minutos. Parece se incomodar também quando é questionada, como se quisesse impor o saber médico ou estivesse fazendo um favor.
Eu fiquei até sem graça em dizer as coisas que sentia. A clínica tem convênio com o SUS, talvez esse seja o motivo de atender tão mal os clientes que lá estavam, mesmo que indiretamente, nós estamos pagando sim pelo serviço e não devemos ser tão omissos ao ponto de aceitar esse tipo de atendimento.
The ophthalmologist is terrible, she hardly looks at the patient, she doesn't care what we say and she doesn't bother to explain what she found in the clinical examination, the consultation lasts less than 5 minutes. She also seems to be upset when asked, as if she wants to impose medical knowledge or is doing a favor.
I was even embarrassed to say the things I felt. The clinic has an agreement with the SUS, perhaps that is the reason to serve the clients that were there so badly, even if indirectly, we are paying for the service and we should not be so silent as to accept this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai hoje 03/11/20, teve uma consulta na clínica com a doutora Claúdia Uzeda, e a mesma foi extremamente ríspida com meu pai, não sei se porque foi na parte do SUS, mas pelo meu conhecimento tbm é pago por nós que pagamos impostos. Meu pai é idoso dilataram a pupila dele e não deram nenhuma condição de ficar sentado enquanto melhorava um pouco a dilatação feita. Meu pai fez perguntas para a médica e ela nem olhava para meu pai para responder educadamente, apenas foi grossa sem precedentes. Respeitem seus pacientes independente da situação atual, hoje ele está sendo atendido pelo SUS, amanhã poderá pagar para ter um atendimento particular junto a vcs. Mais respeito por favor.

My father is elderly, his pupil was dilated and he was not able to sit while improving the dilation. Respect your patients regardless of the current situation, today he is being attended by SUS, tomorrow he will be able to pay to have a private service with you. More respect, please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tia tinha uma marcação pro dia 13 que foi adiada pro dia 16, ligamos ninguem atendeu pra fazer a confirmação, chegando no local teve uma burocracia e aparentemente não tinha médicos, e quiseram remarcar pro dia 22, com uma falta de empatia e uma grosseria. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma que vão ou levem seus entes queridos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que atendimento ruim, viu! Funcionários recepcionistas não são educados, mansos. Eles respondem a pessoa sem nem OUVIR a pergunta! Fora a demora! Demora de 5 horas pra realizar UM exame. Fora que vi pessoas fazendo exame no qual é necessário acompanhante, mas a pessoa realizou o exame sem ter acompanhante. Os funcionários nem se ligam se a pessoa tem acompanhante ou não... resumindo: ZeRO qualidade no serviço, na organização, na educação, na cordialidade, na assistência. Experiência muito péssima.
What a bad service, see! Reception staff are not polite, meek. They answer the person without even HEARING the question! Out of the delay! It takes 5 hours to perform ONE exam. Besides, I saw people taking the exam in which a companion is required, but the person took the exam without having a companion. Employees don't even care if the person has a companion or not... in short: ZeRO Quality in service, organization, education, cordiality, assistance. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento médico, péssimo atendimento por parte de alguns atendentes. Vc fica a deriva com o total desdém de alguns atendentes e da médica Mariana Tinôco. Ela nao informa nada, faz o atendimento como quem quer se livrar do paciente. Engrqçado que atendem pelo SUS, certamente tem algum benefício em impostos e ou outros benefícios. Não recomendo!
