Fiz o fechamento da sacada do meu apartamento, instalaram o vidro arranhado, colocaram material de cores diferentes, não fizeram o acabamento direito nem nos vidros da sacada, nem na porta da sala, e as folhas não correm direito!!!! ja vieram 5 ou 6 dias para refazer o serviço e não resolveram o problema até o momento!!! Ainda tive que ouvir do instalador que o problema sou eu, que não sei abrir a sacada!!! Tive que chamar o dono para vir olhar o serviço, constatar q não estava bem feito, mandar o instalador reinstalar, e ainda sim, ele fez errado de novo, agora as folhas nem correm. Agendamos para terminar no sabado (19/11/17) e ninguem apareceu, nem avisou nem nada! Ao ligar na loja, disseram que não sabia do agendamento e que vieram aqui na terça feira...sendo que a gente trabalha e ngm nos avisou! Descaso total com o consumidor! Decepcionada!

I still had to hear from the installer that the problem is me, that I don't know how to open the balcony !!! I had to call the owner to come and look at the service, verify that it was not done well, send the installer to reinstall, and still, he did it wrong again, now the leaves don't even run. We scheduled to finish on Saturday (19/11/17) and nobody showed up, neither warned nor anything! When calling at the store, they said they did not know the appointment and that they came here on Tuesday ... being that we work and ngm warned us! Total neglect with the consumer! Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Fiz a contratação para instalação de boxes, fechamento de área gourmet, portão de alumínio e vidro/corrimão nas escadas em julho/2017, e só finalizaram em março/2018. O que era para ser entregue em 30 dias, levou meses de idas e voltas. Atrasaram na entrega do portão, que ainda veio com pintura riscada, não mediram corretamente o ângulo de uma junção de escada (tive que chamar o dono para fazer a medição), e sempre alegam que o problema é com o fornecedor. Não há compromisso nenhum com o cliente. Agendam as visitas para instalação e não comparecem e, com sorte, te avisam com uns minutos de antecedência. Quando vão, acabam não terminando o serviço porque sempre falta algum material. Em resumo: é um descaso total com o cliente. Nunca mais faço negócio com essa "empresa", nem recomendo que façam.
Bad company. I hired to install boxes, close the gourmet area, aluminum and glass gate / handrail on the stairs in July / 2017, and only finished in March / 2018. What was supposed to be delivered in 30 days took months of coming and going. They delayed the delivery of the gate, which still came with scratched paint, they did not correctly measure the angle of a stairway junction (I had to call the owner to make the measurement), and they always claim that the problem is with the supplier. There is no commitment to the customer. Schedule visits for installation and do not show up and, hopefully, let you know a few minutes in advance. When they go, they end up not finishing the job because there is always some material missing. In short: it is a total neglect with the customer. I never do business with this "company" again, nor do I recommend doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com total descaso com os clientes, instalei uma cobertura de vidro no meu quintal a mais de 2 anos, porém, a cobertura foi instalada de qualquer jeito e de forma incorreta, causando vazamento no quintal inteiro nos dias de chuva, já solicitamos diversas vezes o conserto, e todas as vezes que eles se propõem a arrumar, não resolvem, apenas ficam colocando silicone de péssima qualidade de qualquer jeito, sujando os vidros para inibir o problema por alguns dias, os funcionários que instalaram a cobertura muitas vezes nem equipamentos traziam para fazer o serviço, são totalmente despreparados, o proprietário Sr. Cláudio esteve em casa para analisar e mesmo assim não resolveu. Gastamos 18 mil reais e até hoje não conseguimos terminar nossa área gourmet por conta dos vazamentos, nossa mesa de madeira está toda respingada.. Não indico a ninguém os serviços desta empresa, que terei que acionar judicialmente para tentar resolver o problema que eles estão ocasionando até hoje. Vergonhoso o descaso desta empresa que se diz tradicional e familiar! Uma enganação!

Acabamento ruim, bottom ficaram irregulares, desalinhamento (condição colocada como culpa do degrau, se a culpa é do degrau, me questiono se o consultor que veio avaliar in loco tem competência para verificar a viabilidade ou se está preocupado, apenas, em venda).
O serviço de manutenção da lavanderia ficou inacabado.
Enfim, não indico e não faria novamente negócios com a empresa. Em um futuro próximo irei fazer fechamento da garagem, mas não será com essa empresa ?.
