★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pedindo uma visita para fazer um orçamento de jardinagem no meu prédio que também fica no Tatuapé. A atendente disse que a empresa cobra uma taxa de visita de R$ 80,00. Absurdo cobrar taxa pra fazer orçamento. Significa que já de início a empresa quer explorar o cliente. Ela justificou que era a visita do paisagista. Informei que não quero paisagista e sim um simples jardineiro para fazer a manutenção mensal do nosso condomínio. Não indico esta empresa a ninguém somente pelo mal atendimento e falta de vontade com o cliente.

It means that from the outset the company wants to explore the customer. She justified that it was the landscaper's visit.
