★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma vergonha ,pior hospital que eu ja fui ,umas 7 horas esperando pra ser atendida,muitas pessoas como eu q chegou 10 e pouca da manhã pra ser atendida 18:00 e pouca da noite .
a shame, the worst hospital I have ever been to, about 7 hours waiting to be attended, many people like me q arrived at 10 and a little in the morning to be attended 18:00 and little at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante levei meu filho com dedo inchado e roxo devido a uma pancada e até o atendimento médico fui muito bem atendida porém a médico indicou que fosse levado até HMU para imobilização então fui para o setor da central de vagas cheguei no setor 12:40 com documentação recebida pela médica somente uma hora depois foi feito o procedimento após várias reclamações são do local as 17:00 sem ter a vaga no outro hospital realmente lastimável a falta de consideração com o ser humano e principalmente em se tratando de um problema de saúde
Disappointing I took my son with a swollen and purple finger due to a blow and until the medical care was very well attended but the doctor indicated that I was taken to HMU for immobilization so I went to the central office area I arrived in the 12:40 with documentation received by the doctor just an hour later the procedure was done after several complaints are from the site at 17:00 without having the vacancy in the other hospital really pitiful the lack of consideration with the human being and especially in case of a health problem

Gostaria primeiramente de agradecer os elogios referentes ao meu atendimento e aproveito para informar que o Ambulatório do Idoso, que faz parte da Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Guarulhos, atende exclusivamente idosos carentes de nosso município. Qualquer outro comentário que fuga desse contexto, tais como as crianças que foram atendidas no HMCA, não são de responsabilidade do Ambulatório do Idoso. Cabe ainda lembrar, que o HMCA é de responsabilidade da Prefeitura Municipal de Guarulhos.
Mais uma vez muito obrigada.
