★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligo a dois dias, chama chama e ninguém atende. Fui lá saber se tinha a peça e dei viagem perdida pois não tinha. E ainda ouvi outro cliente dizendo que também ligou e ninguém atendeu. Daí eu tiro a qualidade no atendimento.
 I call for two days, call for calls and no one answers. I went there to find out if I had the piece and went on a trip because I didn't have one. And yet I heard another customer saying that he also called and nobody answered. Hence I get the quality of service.

They sold me a defective tire when I went to the store to change it, they didn't accept it even though it was within the exchange period and with the invoice.

Deixei minha moto para fazer uma revisão as 11 da manhã,o vendedor pegou meu contato e disse que me ligaria caso precisasse trocar alguma peça,esperei o dia todo e ninguém ligou,fui no dia seguinte as 9 da manhã e moto ainda não estava pronta, só ficou pronta as 11:20,e na hora de fazer o pagamento o vendedor disse que tinha me ligado no dia anterior pra me dizer que precisavam trocar algumas peças,sendo que não ligou coisa nenhuma,pois esperei o dia todo e não recebi nenhuma ligação, daí colocaram as peças sem meu consentimento,e o gasto que eu teria de 80 reais na revisão acabou ficando 280. Paguei e fiquei liso,fui trabalhar atrasado e pra minha surpresa o velocímetro não estava funciona depois da revisão...voltei lá novamente a tarde e já queriam me empurrar outra peça dizendo que tinha que trocar pra o velocímetro voltar a funcionar,sendo que antes da revisão tava funcionando normalmente. Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém, experiência horrível!
Horrible service. I left my motorbike to do a review at 11 am, the seller took my contact and said he would call me if I needed to change any parts, I waited all day and nobody called, I went the next day at 9 am and the bike was not ready yet , it was only ready at 11:20, and at the time of making the payment the seller said that he had called me the day before to tell me that they needed to change some parts, and he didn't call anything, because I waited all day and didn't receive no calls, then they put the parts without my consent, and the expense that I would have of 80 reais in the review ended up being 280. I paid and I was smooth, I went to work late and to my surprise the speedometer was not working after the review ... I came back there again in the afternoon and they already wanted to push me another piece saying that I had to change the speedometer to work again, and before the overhaul it was working normally. Anyway, I do not recommend to anyone, horrible experience!
