Atendimento deixou a desejar, demora exagerada para pegar um produto, a moça não conseguia fazer o que precisava ser feito sozinha, não teve outro funcionário que a ajudasse (porém não vi ela pedindo ajuda), se eu e minha amiga não interviesse para ajudar talvez eu teria ido embora sem levar nada.
Outro ponto que pesou muito foi o problema com a quantia cobrada. Recebi o valor da compra, pedi desconto e teoricamente iriam subtrair R$23,00 (achei ótimo), mas na verdade o valor com desconto era o valor real da compra, como desconfiei resolvi calcular o que comprei e descobri isso, claro que fui questionar, a funcionaria tentou se justificar, porém eu já estava cansada, finalizei a compra com valor corrigido e com desconto de 3,80.
Não indico essa loja, talvez daqui um tempo eu retorne e se caso tiver melhorado eu irei reavaliar minha nota.
(Obs: a desconfiança permaneça)

Service left something to be desired, exaggerated delay in getting a product, the girl couldn't do what needed to be done alone, she didn't have another employee to help her (but I didn't see her asking for help), if my friend and I didn't intervene to help maybe I would have left without taking anything.
Another point that weighed heavily was the problem with the amount charged. I received the purchase price, asked for a discount and theoretically they would subtract R $ 23.00 (I thought it was great), but in fact the discount amount was the real purchase price, as I suspected I decided to calculate what I bought and found that, of course I went to question , the staff tried to justify it, but I was already tired, I ended the purchase with corrected value and with a discount of 3.80.
I do not recommend this store, maybe in a while I will return and if it has improved I will reevaluate my grade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim fazer um breve relato da minha experiência, fui até a loja para escolher um piso, chegando lá fui muito bem atendida pela funcionária escolhi o piso e a vencedora tirou o pedido e me disse que em até 15 dias fariam a entrega até ai tudo bem o piso chegou até antes do prazo porém foi na entrega que começou minha dor de cabeça, quando entregaram fui conferir e vi que o piso não era o que eu havia escolhido!! Entrei em contato com a loja para informar o ocorrido e me disseram que me entregaram o que estava na nota e realmente era, mais não era o que eu havia escolhido! A vencedora se confundiu e tirou o pedido do produto errado! Fui ate a loja para tentar resolver a situação e fui tratada com muito descaso pelo gerente isaias, onde me informou que a única coisa que poderia fazer por mim era tentar vender o piso que veio errado e que quando vender ele me devolve o dinheiro me pediu o prazo de 3 meses para tentar resolver, como vou ficar aguardando 3 meses se comprei o piso porque estava precisando?! E não quero meu dinheiro de volta só quero receber o produto que comprei! ESTOU DECEPCIONADISSIMA COM A LOJA!

I contacted the store to inform what happened and they told me that they gave me what was on the note and it really was, but it was not what I had chosen! The winner got confused and ordered the wrong product! I went to the store to try to solve the situation and I was treated with a lot of disregard by the manager isaias, where he informed me that the only thing he could do for me was to try to sell the floor that came wrong and that when he sells it he returns the money he asked me the period of 3 months to try to solve it, how am I going to wait 3 months if I bought the floor because I needed it?! And I don't want my money back, I just want to receive the product I bought! I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STORE!
