My experience it was acceptable, they have good professional and a well-ventilated space, but lack space for a lot of the time and have some machines that should be exchanged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local de fácil acesso, e com recepcionistas muito atenciosos e receptivos. O local ainda precisa organizar mais seu espaço. As máquinas estão dispostas de forma que um exercício para um grupo muscular fique distante do outro. Precisa-se de maior ventilação em toda a sala pois o calor é insuportável. Porém os equipamentos são Bons e sem folga. Muito bem conservados. Voltaria a treinar lá um dia.
Easy access, with very attentive and receptive receptionists. The place still needs to organize its space more. The machines are arranged so that one exercise for one muscle group is far from the other. Greater ventilation is needed throughout the room as the heat is unbearable. However the equipment is good and without clearance. Very well maintained. I would train there again one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas maquinas precisam de manutenção , materiais pra limpeza com álcool tbm ta defasado, de manhã é uma academia mais bem instruída com o instrutor mais dedicado aos alunos.
Some machines need maintenance, materials for cleaning with alcohol are also out of date, in the morning it is a better educated gym with the instructor more dedicated to students.
