★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender o projeto tudo lindo, mas quando precisei de orientação para montar o sistema não me responderam. E quando questionei de novo sobre um final de linha que não encaixava ficaram de me responder, não responderam e quando insisti me disseram que aquele final de linha não servia no tubo de irrigação que me venderam. Ou seja, me empurraram um produto que não serve para nada. E ainda me orientaram a fazer uma "gambiarra" para resolver o problema, visto que me venderam um "tampão" que simplesmente não encaixa na própria mangueira que a EMPRESA me vendeu. E depois de MESES sem solução descobriram só agora que o produto que veio não é o produto que esta na nota, pois o que esta na nota eles não tinham em estoque quando enviaram. Tomem cuidado.
At the time of selling the project, everything was beautiful, but when I needed guidance to assemble the system, they did not respond. And when I asked again about an end of line that didn't fit, they didn't answer me, they didn't answer and when I insisted they told me that that end of line didn't fit in the irrigation tube they sold me. In other words, they pushed me a product that is useless. And they even guided me to make a "gambiarra" to solve the problem, since they sold me a "plug" that simply doesn't fit the hose that the COMPANY sold me. And after MONTHS without a solution, they only now discovered that the product that came is not the product that is on the note, because what is on the note they didn't have in stock when they sent it. Be careful.
