Estive lĂĄ hoje, marquei uma consulta com a nutri Gabriela Santana e a mesma nĂŁo apareceu deixando nĂŁo sĂł eu mas outros pacientes na mĂŁo, recepcionista arroganente e mal educado e TOTALMENTE DESPREPARADO, eu pedia informaçÔes do paradeiro da doutora e o mesmo me tratou com descaso e quando jĂĄ estava pra dar 10h ( cheguei lĂĄ 8h e a consulta com a mĂ©dica deveria ser no horĂĄrio de 8h as 10h para TODOS que a esperavam) o recepcionista avisou de uma forma completamente debochada que a nutricionista nĂŁo iria. Isso nĂŁo Ă© vĂĄlido apenas para os profissionais de saĂșde mas se vocĂȘ tem um compromisso, um dever com outras pessoas e nĂŁo pode cumprir mĂnimo que pode ser feito Ă© avisar, atitude essa que Gabriela deixou a desejar. PĂ©ssimo lugar, e nenhum profissional de respeito se encontra ali
 CLINICA ROTT !!! Eu e um outro rpz estĂĄvamos aguradando atendimento para a realização de uma ultrassonografia, sendo que eu fui logo pela manhĂŁ e me informaram que era para eu voltar por volta das 12:40, tive que ir para casa e voltar, isso tudo pagando por transportes de app, qdo retorno fui informado que a doutora que realiza os exames sĂł aceita pagamento em espĂ©cie, aceitei pagar em espĂ©cie e a doutora (se Ă© assim posso chama-lĂĄ, desceu e disse que iria precisar sair, sem horĂĄrio previsto de retorno, fazendo eu e outro paciente de palhaços... Detalhe que o serviço que seria prestado era particular, imagina se essa profissional e clĂnica atuasse pelo sus.

â â â â â Fui uma consulta na sexta-feira com Dr. Leonardo, o mĂ©dico parecia irritado, levei minha ressonĂąncia que constava bursite, tendinite e tendinose nĂłs dois ombros, o mesmo disse que as dores que eu sentia na cervical e ombro nĂŁo era da bursite e sim que eu tinha escoliose ( minha ressonĂąncia nĂŁo apresentou nada disso ) ?. Foi grosseiro e mandou eu na prĂłxima vez ir na sermeca que era perto de minha casa, sĂł faltou me colocar para fora da sala, e olha que foi consulta paga ... Deus me livre retornar com um maluco desse

â â â â â PĂ©simo atendimento funcionarios da recepçao grossos e mal Educado, desorganização total na clinica Marquei uma consulta com um profissional no qual liguei um dia antes para confirmar o horario e fui informado pelo funcionario Cristiano que seria as 8:30, me desloquei da minha residencia em Lauro de freiras para cedo para chegar no horario para o funcionario me dizer que me informou que o atendimento seria a partir das 11h , justificou ainda que a mĂ©dica mudou o horario , clinica nĂŁo tem empatia nem respeito pelas pessoas , jĂĄ começa pela Admistradora Josenita que me disse na minha cara junto com a funcionaria da recepçao que NĂŁo tenho direito de pioridade sendo que estou Gestante.

â â â â â HorrĂvel. Eles tem uma pĂ©ssima mania de prender a carteira do plano. E no corre corre acabamos por nĂŁo lembrar de pegar na hora da saĂda e recepção nĂŁo liga pra informar sobre o documento que fica por lĂĄ. Descaso com o paciente. Fiquei sem atendimento em outro lugar porque esqueci meu convĂȘnio na clĂnica irte.
Horrible. They have a bad habit of holding the plan wallet.
