★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero estrela, infelizmente todas as vezes que eu entro lá, pergunto se tem alguma coisa que esteja procurando e nunca tem, e fica tão nítido que é mal vontade que eu já até fiz um teste, perguntei se tinha determinado produto que eu vi que tinha e três funcionários diferentes responderam que não tinha, e dá pra ver que é por preguiça. Entendo que são apenas repositores de produtos, então vocês precisam treinar sua sua equipe pra melhorar e muito o atendimento. Diferente no caixa onde são muito atenciosos.

Porém para os entregadores de produtos não dá condições nenhuma, não autoriza entrada de carrinho com produtos, tem uns 100 metros de corredores para atravessar e tbm uma escada de uns 25 metros para descer o material, recomendo levar 3 ajudantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para entregadores é uma das piores lojas, enquanto os funcionários da loja ficam olhando, entregadores são obrigados a colocar a própria mercadoria que estão entregando no estoque deles, além da falta de estrutura não possuem o menor bom senso e consideração.Não indico a ninguém e pelo tratamento, jamais compraria qualquer coisa neste local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para entregadores péssimo ..não deixam entrar com carrinho de carga .loja com uns 30 metros de fundo , se não bastasse tudo isso ainda tem um subsolo com uns 30 degraus de escada para descer .e o pior de tudo e que os funcionários da própria loja cobram para descarregar no próprio estoque da loja .sendo que a obrigação de colocar a mercadoria no estoque e do funcionário e não do entregador. No mínimo e ajudar sem cobrar. Por a loja ser péssima para descarga .

And the worst of all is that the employees of the company itself store charge to unload in the store's own stock .being the obligation to put the goods in stock and the employee and not the delivery person.
