★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faculdade está se reestruturando no entanto, falta ética com eles na questão de oferta de cursos ao omitir a existência ou não deles. (Só fui informado 3 dias antes do início das aulas que não haveria turma)
Faculty is restructuring however, ethics lack with them in the issue of course offer by omitting the existence or not of them. (I was only informed 3 days before the start of classes that there would be no class)

Você liga na secretaria, explica que é de outra cidade, que trabalha o dia todo e chega tarde em casa por que tem compromissos além do trabalho, o Carlos te atende e ainda debocha falando da sua rotina e não te ajuda a buscar nenhuma solução para o problema. Preciso apenas da digitalização do diploma para encaminhar pra uma instituição, pra isso precisa de uma assinatura e pra que? Ofereci de fazer todo o trâmite por correio, assinatura digital e ele continua falando que não tem como sem dar motivo e sem me ajudar de fato. Com tantos anos no mercado, não é possível que essa faculdade consiga ser tão obsoleta, mente fechada e com visão pra si mesmo ao invés de ajudar seus alunos. Se ele livro de assinatura pega fogo, como que faz? Não faz ne?!
Faculty 100% inflexible. You call the secretary, explain that you're from another city, that you work all day and get home late because you have commitments other than work, Carlos answers you and even mocks you about your routine and doesn't help you to find any solution to the problem. I just need the digitalization of the diploma to forward to an institution, for that you need a signature and for what? I offered to do the whole process by mail, digital signature and he keeps saying that there's no way without giving me a reason and without actually helping me. With so many years in the market, it is not possible that this college can be so obsolete, closed-minded and with a vision for itself instead of helping its students. If he signature book catches fire, how does it do? Don't you?!
