Demora no atendimento, a secretária não quer saber se tem ou não cliente (aluno) esperando, ao voltar do almoço se tem cliente esperando pra ser atendido, tem que atender e não deixar esperando a boa vontade do funcionário terminar o horário do almoço. Isso é um ERRO tanto do funcionário pelo desrespeito quando da FACULDADE por não ter destinado alguém pra substituir o funcionário na hora do almoço.
I'll give 1 star just to say that I didn't give anything.
It takes time to attend, the secretary does not want to know whether or not there is a client (student) waiting, when she comes back from lunch if she has a client waiting to be served, she has to answer and not leave waiting for the goodwill of the employee to finish lunch. This is an ERROR of both the employee for disrespect and the FACULTY for not having assigned someone to replace the employee at lunch.

I didn't like the service just because of the service .the person who answers the phone already hangs up the phone in front of us .I won't even waste my time
