O motorista totalmente sem educação nenhuma com os passageiros , arrogante falando com grosseria .
A empresa deveria treinar melhor seus funcionários
 We were traveling on the 15th of November to Rio de Janeiro with this company.
The driver was totally impolite to the passengers, arrogantly speaking rudely.
The company should train its employees better
