Comprei papel de parede e cortinas, paguei a vista, em 21/11. com previsão de entrega antes do natal.
Hoje (14//1/15) recebemos apenas metade de uma cortina. o Papel de parede não foi nem solicitado a fabrica, e ninguém nos da uma informação confiável.
Great sales service, after sales, does not exist.
I bought wallpaper and curtains, paid the view, on 21/11. scheduled to be delivered before Christmas.
Today (14/1/15) we receive only half of a curtain. Wallpaper has not even been requested by the factory, and no one gives us reliable information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, comprei meu Piso com a Isnar decorações do Freeway e de longe foi a coisa com q mais me aborreci na obra inteira q fiz em meu apartamento.
O dep. comercial é muito bom, fomos muitíssimo bem atendidos pelo Jorge, mas posteriormente, na entrega e instalação foi um pesadelo horrível... nunca entregavam quando combinavam, nunca vinham quando marcavam, eu tinha q ficar ligando, ameaçando, suplicando, a hj, após quase 30 dias do início da instalação do piso( q deveria durar 3 dias), ainda estou tendo q ligar pra lá e reclamar, pois o instalador q deveria vir para terminar o serviço ñ apareceu e ninguém na Isnar me deu satisfação nenhuma... realmente muito pouco profissionais, não recomendo de maneira alguma para ninguém o serviço de vcs!
Enfim, um verdadeiro pesadelo.
Cuidado com esta empresa, se ñ quer aborrecimentos, mantenha distancia deles
Well, I bought my floor with Isnar decorations from the Freeway and by far it was the thing I was most bored with in the entire work I did in my apartment.
The dep. commercial is very good, we were very well attended by Jorge, but afterwards, in the delivery and installation it was a horrible nightmare ... they never delivered when they agreed, they never came when they made an appointment, I had to keep calling, threatening, pleading, hj, after almost 30 days from the beginning of the installation of the floor (it should last 3 days), I'm still having to call there and complain, because the installer should come to finish the service ñ appeared and nobody at Isnar gave me any satisfaction ... really very unprofessional, I do not recommend the service of you to anyone!
Anyway, a real nightmare.
Beware of this company, if you don't want hassles, keep your distance from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Tive a ponto de infartar de tanto "suplicar" o atendimento para consertar minhas cortinas. Perdi a conta do número de vezes que liguei para a empresa e que falei com a funcionária Kátia, que só deixa o cliente em banho-maria e nada resolve. Muito frustante minha experiência. Não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém. Não há comprometimento, não há a menor consideração com o cliente. Estou há seis meses esperando o conserto de minhas cortinas que já foram consertadas e que novamente estão desabando. Hoje, para minha surpresa, fui informada que ainda teria que pagar 500 reais para a troca dos trilhos e esperar mais 20 dias úteis para a empresa solucionar meu problema. Agradeci a "atenção", mas não vou pagar esse valor num lixo de cortina, de baixa qualidade. Isnar Decorações é um pesadelo!
Poor customer service. I was so infuriated as to "beg" the service to fix my curtains. I lost count of the number of times I called the company and spoke to employee Kátia, who only leaves the customer in a water bath and nothing resolves. Very frustrating my experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. There is no compromise, no consideration with the customer. I have been waiting for six months for the repair of my curtains that have already been repaired and are once again collapsing. Today, to my surprise, I was informed that I would still have to pay 500 reais to change the rails and wait another 20 business days for the company to solve my problem. I thanked for the "attention", but I will not pay that amount in a crappy curtain litter. Isnar Decorations is a nightmare!

Coloquei novas persianas no meu quarto e não tive problema algum, pelo contrário, amei o atendimento e atenção que me deram!!
Acredito que como qualquer empresa, eles passaram por processos de melhoria no atendimento,
Volto com certeza e a próxima mudança será um novo piso!
