Geralmente, eles demoram de dar um retorno! Sempre sou eu que ligo. Em tempos de pandemia, deveria ser de excelência o atendimento, em virtude do ISOLAMENTO SOCIAL (onde as entidades sanitárias recomendam não sair de casa).
The company needs to recognize that customer service (FIXED TELEPHONE CAI, WATSAAP COMERCIAL RESPONDE ONLY AFTER INSISTENCE) leaves something to be desired. Usually, they take a long time to get feedback! I always care. In times of pandemic, care should be excellent, due to SOCIAL ISOLATION (where health authorities recommend not to leave home).
