★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o orçamento para a manutenção de um ar-condicionado que não estava gelando. Os técnicos foram super profissionais e rapidamente identificaram o problema (vazamento na serpentina da evaporadora).
O orçamento disponibilizado para o reparo foi absurdo (aproximadamento R$ 4000) onde quase mil reais era só para tirar e colocar o aparelho da parede, o que é inviável para um aparelho que custou menos de 2 mil reais.
Após pesquisar no mercado consegui um orçamento mais sensato (~R$ 1300)
Apenas deixando a avaliação aqui para reforçar a outra que dizia que essa empresa é CARA, eles parecem ser bons, mas prepara o bolso.
Obs: Cobram uma taxa de visita de R$ 200 caso não feche o orçamenot com eles.
I requested a quote for the maintenance of an air conditioner that was not freezing. The technicians were super professional and quickly identified the problem (evaporator coil leak).
The budget made available for the repair was absurd (approximately R$ 4000) where almost a thousand reais was just to remove and install the device from the wall, which is unfeasible for a device that cost less than 2 thousand reais.
After researching the market I got a more sensible budget (~R$ 1300)
Just leaving the review here to reinforce the other one that said that this company is EXPENSIVE, they seem to be good, but prepare your pocket.
Note: They charge a visit fee of R$ 200 if you don't close the budget with them.
