★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente decepcionada!Sou cliente há um bom tempo,comprei atualmente em seu site,realizei o pagamento via transferência bancária e encaminhei o comprovante via whatsapp conforme orientação do site.Me deram ok,estava tranquila de que receberia meu pedido,quando para minha surpresa,após 3 dias ao acompanhar meu pedido,o mesmo foi cancelado!Ao entrar em contato,fui informada que meu pagamento ñ foi localizado(3 dias depois),não me deram a menor atenção, não se empenharam nenhum pouco em solucionar meu problema, desfazer a má impressão que a falta de organização deles me trouxe.Resumindo total pouco caso, falta de consideração,respeito,empatia!Indicava a loja prá todo mundo, agora ñ só ñ comprarei mais!Espero que aprendam a tratar melhor seus clientes e resolver os mal entendidos para não perderem seus clientes, pois ao perder um cliente,não é apenas 1 e sim um efeito dominó.

I have been a customer for a long time, currently bought on your website, made the payment via bank transfer and forwarded the voucher via whatsapp as per the website's guidelines. after 3 days of tracking my order, it was canceled! Upon contacting, I was informed that my payment was not found (3 days later), they did not give me the slightest attention, they did not make any effort to solve my problem, undo the bad impression that the lack of organization of them brought me. In short, total disregard, lack of consideration, respect, empathy! I indicated the store to everyone, now I will not only buy more! misunderstandings so as not to lose their customers, because when losing a customer, it is not just 1 but a domino effect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um presente de aniversário da loja, porém no dia que ganhei sofri um acidente onde fraturei o quadril e por ordens médicas fiquei 1 mês de repouso sem poder sair de casa. Quando fui provar a roupa 1 mês dps não me serviu.
Entrei em contato com a loja explicando minha situação, se poderia ainda assim trocar a peça, como eu fiz com outras duas lojas e fui muito bem atendida. Mas a vendedora disse que não poderia fazer a troca pois tinha sido comprada na liquidação. Eu insisti falando que não tinha problema que poderia trocar por uma outra coisa de menor valor, pois foi um presente e devido minhas condições não tinha como ir antes.
Ela apenas disse que infelizmente não seria possível.
Quando voltei a andar de muletas fui até a loja, expliquei a situação mais uma vez e ainda assim não me deram atenção, então devolvi o shorts e peguei outra peça no valor e paguei por ela.
Fui cliente desde o Bazar da Ide, fiquei decepcionada pela falta de empatia. Entendo a posição da loja sei que tem um prazo, mas não troquei pois não conseguia levantar da cama, quanto mais andar.
Não volto mais.

Acho que não fui clara. Sua funcionárias se negaram a fazer a troca, quando mandei DM no Instagram e no dia seguinte que fui presencialmente na loja. E não tem como ver que fui 3 meses depois pois não fiz troca nenhuma, simplesmente comprei outra peça e deixei o shorts lá, pois não tinha serventia para mim nem para nenhuma pessoa próxima (como a sua caixa me questionou).
Então não! Vocês não fizeram o mínimo possível para me ajudar.

I got a birthday present from the store, but the day I got it I had an accident where I fractured my hips and for medical reasons I stayed 1 month without being able to leave the house. When I went to try on clothes for 1 month, it didn't suit me.
I contacted the store explaining my situation, if I could still change the piece, as I did with two other stores and I was very well attended. But the seller said she could not make the switch because it had been purchased at the sale. I insisted saying that there was no problem that I could exchange it for something of lesser value, because it was a gift and due to my conditions I had no way of going before.
She just said that unfortunately it wouldn't be possible.
When I started walking on crutches, I went to the store, explained the situation once again and still they didn't pay attention to me, so I returned the shorts and took another piece of value and paid for it.
I have been a customer since Ide Bazaar, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy. I understand the position of the store, I know it has a deadline, but I didn't change it because I couldn't get out of bed, let alone walk.
I won't be back.

I don't think I was clear. Her employees refused to make the switch when I sent DM on Instagram and the next day I went to the store in person. And there is no way to see that I went 3 months later because I didn't make any changes, I just bought another piece and left the shorts there, as it was of no use to me or to anyone close (as your box questioned me).
Then no! You didn't do the least possible to help me.

Great service, but always missing clothes you see on insta arrive and don't have them! Some the value has gone up too much, two years ago there were much cheaper pieces, I still find it very difficult, in general it's worth going panning!
