Na correria apenas depois que foi pago que meu pai notou o erro. Voltaram imediatamente na loja e a vendedora nada solicita disse que não teria como fazer o estorno da compra. um péssimo atendimento e retorno com o cliente. Achava que era uma loja maravilhosa, mas realmente vendo as avaliações aqui no Google dá pra notar que não está interessada no bem estar do cliente apenas em vender rapidamente e pronto. Decepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem pude entrar na loja, estou começando no ramo de cutelaria e estava levando o molde de uma faca pra procurar um produto que fosse bom pra limpar o óleo que vem na chapa de aço e me barraram na porta, isso que já faz um bom tempo que meu primo compra com eles e várias vzs de eu ir buscar as encomendas mais enfim são bastante clientes e eles nem lembram. Vou dar as estrelas pelo bom atendimento do Ricardo vendedor que me atendeu e sempre atende os pedidos do meu primo por telefone e esclareceu minhas dúvidas.
Valeu Ricardo ? parabéns agora empresa não piso mais lá.
