Experiência muito ruim, e isso porquê eu tentei bastante!
Contratei a empresa para fazer todos os laudos e para fazer os exames dos meus funcionário, por indicação do escritório de contabilidade.
Em todos os exames, os funcionários reclamaram da demora e desorganização.
E uma das coisas mais chatas, é mesmo que você tem parceria, contrato, tem que pagar antes do exame. Se não pagar, o funcionário fica de plantão esperando alguém ir lá pra pagar. Sempre tem que ser em dinheiro, e fazem de tudo para não emitir NF.
Unica experiência boa foi com a Tec. de segurança de trabalho que foi até a empresa, essa foi super educada e fez um bom trabalho.
Mas em questão da recepção, e atendimento na frente, é desgastante.
Falei várias vezes, mas tem hora que cansa.
Itatiba não merece esse tipo de atendimento!
Edit: Essas duas funcionárias não são da minha empresa, vocês são tão desorganizados que nem sabem de qual cliente está falando!
Passaram mais de 10 funcionários por vocês, foram mais de 3 anos utilizando o "desserviços" de vocês.
Este contrato, foi oferecido somente uma vez pra mim, e era totalmente desfavorável para o cliente, somente tinha opções com vários exames inclusos, e valores fechados sem vantagens na parceria.
E Mesmo que fosse da minha empresa, expor informações como nome de funcionários e dados fiscais não é nada profissional, descumprindo inclusive a LGPD.

In all exams, employees complained about the delay and disorganization.
And one of the most annoying things is that you have a partnership, a contract, you have to pay before the exam. If you don't pay, the employee is on duty waiting for someone to go there to pay. It always has to be in cash, and they do their best not to issue an invoice.
The only good experience was with Tec. security officer who went to the company, this one was super polite and did a good job.
But in terms of reception, and service at the front, it is exhausting.
I said it several times, but sometimes it gets tired.
Itatiba does not deserve this kind of service!
Edit: These two employees are not from my company, you guys are so disorganized you don't even know which customer you're talking about!
More than 10 employees passed by you, it was more than 3 years using your "disservices".
This contract was offered only once to me, and it was totally unfavorable for the client, it only had options with several exams included, and closed values without advantages in the partnership.
And even if it was from my company, exposing information such as employee names and tax data is not professional, even failing to comply with the LGPD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje eu percebi que a metodologia de anamnese é que define o resultado do cliente nessa clinica, tive uma experiência péssima hoje, para uma clinica de saúde já não existe mais um olhar humano com a saúde do cliente os processos são bem robotizados a organização do processo deve permitir que a sua consulta agregada seja facilitada, mais não determinar resultado algum antes do médico, não me sentia bem e como tudo já estava determinado e escrito só para o medico bater o carimbo e assinar ele não consegui-o fazer modificações e observei que o medico não é proponente e responsável por toda a consulta e dados porem vejo que não tem muita autonomia a não ser para receitar. fica minha indignação e pedido de especialização dos profissionais do local.
existe muitas outras doenças, nem tudo é covid.

A maioria das empresas aqui de Itatiba fazem exames admissionais nessa clínica , porém eles tem muito trabalho para pouco funcionário , precisei vir aqui 2 vezes e todas as vezes aguardei mas de uma hora e meia para passar em um médico , parece o upa quando você está na fila do SUS, muita gente pouco efetivo , tem uma atendente do balcão que usa óculos , ela negligência a ordem de chegada te trata com inferioridade (medíocre nem sabe quem é o paciente deve passar por um treinamento de atendimento básico) provavelmente é a mais antiga da recepção cheia de Si. No mais essa clínica julgando pelo atendimento e organização da recepção não é boa , ao menos não para o funcionário.
