 Very nice, considerate. The care taken to place a piece of paper on the window console so it doesn't come down accidentally is spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resposta para empresa: Na unidade da Conceição levei meu carro para instalar o som, genérico, tiraram o modulo original, não conseguiram ligar os controles do volante e me venderam uma câmera pois disseram que a original também não ia funcionar, e até furaram para colocar, gastei 800 contos com tudo. Meses depois eu fui mexer de curioso, consegui ligar o fio certo do volante e funcionou e até a câmera original eu fiz funcionar só ligando um fio. Fiquei chateado não pelo que não funcionou e sim pq eu falei que a câmera vendida eu tirei e estava até dentro da caixa com cabos e tudo mais e se podiam pelo menos de devolver os 300 que cobraram, mas me disseram que o que me dariam seria um "voucher de serviços de polimento" e ainda com valor de 120 reais . Mudei avaliação desde então.
Answer to the company: At the Conceição unit I took my car to install the sound, generic, they took the original module, they couldn't turn on the steering wheel controls and they sold me a camera because they said the original wouldn't work either, and they even pierced it to put it , I spent 800 contos with everything. Months later I was curious, I managed to connect the right wire to the steering wheel and it worked and even the original camera I made it work just by connecting a wire. I was upset not because it didn't work but because I said that the camera sold I took it out and it was even inside the box with cables and everything and if they could at least return the 300 they charged, but they told me that what they would give me would be a "polishing service voucher" and still worth 120 reais. I changed rating since then.
