★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificação sem manutenção, não possui garagem para morador, interior do edifício totalmente desperdiçado, elevadores antigos dimais, não tem acesso a cadeirante, veja por aí próprio!
Maintenance-free building, no garage for residents, interior of the building completely wasted, very old elevators, no wheelchair access, see for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo e tradicional na cidade, organizado e limpo. Elevadores são igualmente antigos mas todas as vezes que estive nunca deu problema. O grande obstáculo mesmo é não ser acessível a cadeirantes e não ter garagem!
Old and traditional building in the city, organized and clean. Elevators are equally old but every time I've been there has never been a problem. The big obstacle is not being wheelchair accessible and having no garage!

Esse prédio costuma ter baratas e já foi encontrado escorpião amarelo no apartamento... Tem 4 elevadores. Porém só funciona 2..
Segurança zero ..qualquer um entra e sai.. Eles não avisam que está entrando pra te visitar.. Pode qualquer estranho bater na sua porta..
The concierge is very friendly!
This building usually has cockroaches and a yellow scorpion has already been found in the apartment ... It has 4 elevators. However it only works 2 ..
Zero security ..anyone enters and leaves .. They don't tell you that they are coming in to visit you .. Any stranger can knock on your door ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é um lixo. É cheio de baratas, tem obras o ano inteiro você não consegue dormir porque de manhã cedo eles começam a martelar. E fora que tem até porteiro morando no prédio e que se acha o dono do condomínio fazendo fofocas da vida dos inquilinos! Horrível ?
The building is rubbish. It is full of cockroaches, there are works all year long you can't sleep because early in the morning they start hammering. And outside there is even a doorman living in the building and the owner of the condominium is found gossiping about the lives of tenants! Horrible ?
