★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo muito maravilhoso passar em atendimento com a Ítala, eu estou seguindo direitinho a dieta, eu estou me sentindo muito bem, não tenho mais ansiedade de comer fora de hora, eu estou resistindo super bem com a dieta, eu que não gostava de fazer dieta agora eu estou vendo a diferença.

Ah esqueci de falar uma coisinha. A minha diabetes que era alta está baixíssima, não estou tomando mais insulina deis do dia que eu comecei a fazer as dietas dia 08/03/2021, eu estou me sentindo mais leve .

A nutri com suas ótimas dicas e desafios diários simples, nos proporciona menos compulsão alimentar, nos ensina a corrigir combinações que as vezes fazemos diariamente, e nos atrapalha no processo de emagrecimento . Ha trocas de receitas entre as particpantes, dicas da nutri e por aí vai. Excelente programa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente nutricionista! Realmente encontrei a ajuda que precisava para uma reeducação alimentar e emagrecimento. A Ítala é muito atenciosa e esclarece todas as dúvidas. Não sinto dificuldade alguma em fazer o plano alimentar que ela me indicou. Receitas muito práticas e fáceis de fazer, e principalmente saborosas e que dão saciedade. Continuo tendo prazer em comer, mas agora de forma saudável. Meu filho adolescente e meu marido gostam das receitas, assim que faço mais porções para eles comerem também. Inclusive minha mãe, que não mora na mesma casa , mudou a alimentação também, e quando a visito ela me ajuda a manter a alimentação por fazer receitas sem glúten. Me sinto mais confiante de que conseguirei alcançar meus objetivos. E sei que posso contar com o apoio da Ítala!

My teenage son and husband like the recipes, so I make more servings for them to eat too. Even my mother, who doesn't live in the same house, changed her diet too, and when I visit she helps me to maintain my diet by making gluten-free recipes. I feel more confident that I will be able to reach my goals. And I know I can count on Itala's support!

Apenas um retorno do seu cliente hahaha e um também um grande obrigado pela sua ajuda pois nunca imaginei que fazer dieta pudesse ser gostoso. Esse foi apenas o meu primeiro mês e sei que emagrecimento leva tempo, mas eu tirei fotos de antes (fin de Janiero) e depois (hoje) e eu queria compartilhar com você minha gratidão pela dietinha que você fez. Mesmo com 1 mes, ja sinto diferença no meu peso, na minha qualidade de vida, no espelho. Obviamente os exercícios que eu faço também ajudam mas a gente é oque come né? E aquele shot horrível ajuda muito também! Hahahah ele ajuda a acordar.

Just a feedback from your client hahaha and also a big thank you for your help because I never imagined that dieting could be delicious. This was just my first month and I know weight loss takes time, but I took before (fin de Janiero) and after (today) pictures and I wanted to share with you my gratitude for the little diet you did. Even with 1 month, I already feel a difference in my weight, in my quality of life, in the mirror. Obviously the exercises I do also help but we are what we eat, right? And that horrible shot helps a lot too! Hahahah he helps wake up.
