They destroyed the porcelain tile of my apartment during assembly, an irreparable damage. I do not recommend and will never go to this store again!

Solicitei a garantia e faz cinco dias que ninguém me dá uma resposta por causa do pós venda não indico pra ninguém!!!!!
At the time of the sale it is great, but in the installation they did the incomplete service and the after-sales is terrible doesn't give me the necessary support!!!!
I asked for the warranty and it's been five days since no one gives me an answer because of the after sales I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!

Desde o momento que entrei na loja para conhecer o showroom fomos sempre muito bem tratadas e assessoradas. O custo ficou bastante atrativo perto de outros lugares que fizemos orçamentos porem o prazo de entrega era um pouco longo e até nisso eles nos surpreenderam positivamente, entregando os moveis 1 mês e meio antes do prazo do contrato. Os profissionais que realizaram a montagem também foram super ágeis e realizaram um ótimo serviço. Enfim, superou as nossas expectativas e nos surpreendeu muito positivamente.
We just had our kitchen set up and the only thing I have to say about Planejare is that I am very happy and grateful for the whole process. From the moment I entered the store to visit the showroom, we were always very well treated and advised. The cost was very attractive near other places where we made budgets but the delivery time was a little long and even in that they positively surprised us, delivering the furniture 1 month and a half before the contract term. The professionals who carried out the assembly were also super agile and performed a great service. Anyway, it exceeded our expectations and surprised us very positively.
