★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, mas algumas coisas deixaram a desejar… a moça que fez o projeto foi super querida, porém incluiu no projeto algumas ferragens que não foram usadas na hora da montagem, pois o montador me avisou que não suportaria o peso que colocaríamos ali, sendo que na hora da montagem do projeto isso foi avisado… isso fez com que gastássemos mais dinheiro do que o necessário… outra coisa foi que me disseram que o mdp suporta melhor a água, não estufando tão fácil… fazem 2 ou 3 meses que colocamos os móveis na cozinha e infelizmente o Cifão vazou e caiu um pouco d’água na madeira, porém isso foi visto no mesmo dia. Trocamos e secamos e ficou tudo certo. Alguns dias depois pra minha surpresa a madeira simplesmente INCHOU. Estragou a prateleira do meu armário em menos de 3 meses. Fiquei totalmente decepcionada. Não faria mais móveis com vocês por esse motivo… infelizmente não tem a qualidade que eu esperava.
Service is good, but some things left something to be desired... the girl who made the project was very sweet, but included in the project some hardware that was not used at the time of assembly, as the assembler warned me that it would not support the weight we would put there, and when the project was set up, we were told... this made us spend more money than necessary... another thing was that they told me that the mdp supports water better, it doesn't swell so easily... it's been 2 or 3 months since we put it in the furniture in the kitchen and unfortunately the Ciphon leaked and some water fell on the wood, but this was seen on the same day. We exchanged and dried and everything was fine. A few days later to my surprise the wood just swelled. Ruined my closet shelf in less than 3 months. I was totally disappointed. I wouldn't make more furniture with you for that reason… unfortunately it doesn't have the quality I expected.
