Hoje em dia é bem difícil ir em um comercio e as pessoas se prontificarem a fazer mais que a obrigação...
Estava de bike e fiquei com vontade de levar para casa. Eu toda confusa de como fazer isso ia desistir da compra. Eles me ajudaram a dar um jeitinho, com muita educação e principalmente simpatia.
Ps. Já desisti de comprar de concorrentes pela falta de impatia e muitas vezes por estar passando e de bicicleta não conseguia levar... kkkk

Ps. I already gave up buying from competitors because of the lack of impathy and often because I was passing by and on my bike I couldn't take it ... kkkk
They solved my problem in a simple and smart way hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é sensacional, sem erro, apesar de ser forno elétrico não deixa faltar nada para uma boa pizza típica de vila, bons ingredientes, mas atendimento do próprio dono chega a ser as vezes invasivo e desconfortável, como a recepção também fica sobrecarregada prejudicando o atendimento de qualidade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, sou proprietária de um comércio bem próximo a pizzaria e indicava-os para meus clientes (sem ganhar nada) e o descaso e mau educação no atendimento, acabou com toda credibilidade que tinham com a gente. Fomos fazer uma reclamação, pois tínhamos pedido uma pizza há 50 minutos e nem um "ok" tivemos e o dono do estabelecimento simplesmente gritou com minha esposa "O Dono dessa por&@ sou eu", sem o mínimo de interesse entender e resolver nossa necessidade ou reclamação, que seja. Perderam não só clientes, como nossa parceria. Não é recomendo NUNCA mais!!!!
Bad service, I own a store very close to the pizzeria and I recommended them to my customers (without earning anything) and the neglect and bad manners in the service, ended all credibility they had with us. We went to make a complaint, because we had ordered a pizza 50 minutes ago and we didn't even get an "ok" and the owner of the establishment simply yelled at my wife "The owner of this por&@ is me", without the slightest interest in understanding and solving our need or complaint, whatever. They lost not only customers, but our partnership. Would not recommend EVER again!!!!
