Devolveram a calça de lã fria manchada e não foram capazes de ouvir a reclamação nem se desculpar, ficaram se justificando que a mancha era de gordura quente e tinha danificado as fibras. Fiquei desesperada por ser um terno caríssimo e fui eu mesma aprender a tirar a mancha o que fiz com facilidade. Eles apenas devolveram o dinheiro da "lavagem"após muitas trocas de mensagem, e ainda se referiram à mancha que "eu disse que tirei" dando a entender que poderia estar mentindo.
Incompetent and impolite, unprofessional.
They returned the stained cold wool pants and were not able to hear the complaint or apologize, they kept justifying that the stain was from hot grease and had damaged the fibers. I was desperate because it was a very expensive suit and went myself to learn how to remove the stain, which I did with ease. They just returned the "wash" money after many text exchanges, and even referred to the stain that "I said I took it off" implying that I could be lying.
