Relatei meu problema e até hoje não vieram resolver.
Falta de respeito e profissionalismo!
I spent four hundred reais on a piece for my washing machine and less than four months was a problem. Most likely the piece was used and not new as was said.
I reported my problem and until today they haven't come to solve it.
Lack of respect and professionalism!
