★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, tem que ir pra campinas comprar passagem pra viajar em outras cidades horrível, de todas cidades que já fui essa rodoviária é a pior sem falar que a rodoviária fosse igual as outras teria mais emprego.
 Very bad, you have to go to the countryside to buy tickets to travel in other horrible cities, of all the cities I used to be, this bus station is the worst without mentioning that the bus station was the same as the others would have more jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rodoviária em si não e tão boa assim, mas o atendimento é o melhor que já vi! os agenciadores são muito atenciosos e simpáticos! Sinto pena deles, pois ha muitas pessoas sem educação que os agridem verbalmente e psicologicamente, muitas vezes oferecendo ameaças fisicas!
The bus station itself isn't that good, but the service is the best I've ever seen! The agents are very attentive and friendly! I feel sorry for them, as there are many uneducated people who verbally and psychologically assault them, often offering physical threats!

Simple bus station, only one company offers services, lines offered departing from, Aguas de Lindóia, Morungaba, Valinhos, Serra Negra, Amparo, Louveira, Atibaia, Lindóia, Sao Paulo, Santos, Sao Vicente, Praia Grande, Mongaguá, Campinas, Jundiái and Braganca Paulista, Do not accept card but at a 24 Hours ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boa noite hoje sabado estou tentando ligar e não consigo, minha mãe e meus dois irmão pequenos estao na rodoviaria esperando o onibus das 20:20 e não passou para voltar embora para bragança....que falta de compromisso hem....ai chega um motorista e diz a minha mãe que ele foi para outro lado e aiii ela vai ficar onde.....????tem telefone para enfeite......e agora ja são 21:11 aff......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodoviária muito simples. Sem WI FI, os estabelecimentos só abrem a partir das 7 ou 8 da manhã ( caso esteja saindo de Itatiba para SP às 05:50h não encontrará uma lanchonete aberta. Apenas uma empresa de ônibus serve a região ( Fênix). Poucas localidades saindo desta rodoviária. Se quiser outras opções de destino, devem sair de Jundiaí e/ ou Campinas.
Very simple road. Without WI FI, establishments only open from 7 or 8 in the morning (if you are leaving Itatiba for SP at 05: 50h you will not find an open snack bar. Only one bus company serves the region (Fênix). If you want other destination options, you must leave Jundiaí and / or Campinas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, falta informações sobre tudo, a única forma de tirar duvida sobre horários de saída e chegada de ônibus é apenas indo até a rodoviária ou tentar a sorte. Os horários do site não condizem com o real. Desperdício de verba, não adianta nada investir se não for funcional e acessível.
Horrible, lack of information about everything, the only way to take doubts about bus departure and arrival times is just going to the bus station or trying your luck. The website hours do not match the real. Waste of money, it is useless to invest if it is not functional and accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usei poucas vezes, mas conseguiu me surpreender pelo péssimo serviço! Levei uma amiga hoje que iria pegar o ônibus as 18:30 para são Paulo. Chegamos exatamente 18:30 e nada de ônibus. Esperamos uns minutos, pois devido ao feriado, achamos que estava atrasado. Quando chegamos, não havia ônibus algum na plataforma nem saindo. Após 20 minutos achei estranho e fui perguntar. Me informaram que já havia saído. E mais: que havia saído s 18:37. Falaram que EU estava mentindo, dizendo que não estava no horário lá. Sendo que desde que chegamos ao local, no houve um ônibus de viagem sequer que entrou ou saiu. Tive que levá-la até Jundiaí.
