Péssimo atendimento, empresa retrógrada com balcão de espera:perguntei para um atendente se havia um produto bem conhecido e me disse que sim, mas que precisaria pegar a senha; após 15 min de espera o mesmo atendente procurou e disse que...não havia o produto.
As empresas de material em Itatiba precisam se atualizar e eliminar o tal balcão...
Placed 1 star because you can't give zero.
Poor service, backward company with a waiting counter: I asked an attendant if there was a well-known product and said yes, but I would need to get the password; after 15 min of waiting the same attendant looked for and said that ... there was no product.
The material companies in Itatiba need to update themselves and eliminate this counter ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma estrela e se tivesse menos que isso daria. ninguem preparado para atender iluminação. o dono da loja fica de conversa fiada com os outros funcionarios e a pessoa que me atendeu para ver um lustre simplesmente não entende do assunto. sai da loja frustrado mas o concorrente do outro lado da avenida me ajudou a resolver meu problema sem conversinha e muito profissionalismo.
a star and if it had less than that it would give. no one prepared to meet lighting. the shop owner makes small talk with the other employees and the person who attended me to see a chandelier just doesn't understand the subject. I leave the store frustrated but the competitor on the other side of the avenue helped me to solve my problem without small talk and a lot of professionalism.
