Só senti falta de uma maior flexibilidade caso o cliente queira parcelar o valor no cartão. Limitando somente em 3x. Na situação que estamos atualmente, seria Interessante flexibilizar um pouco mais essa situação.
Além disso, seria interessante informatizar a empresa com site, pedido online, etc.
Enfim, de qualquer forma ele merece 5 estrelas.

Toda vez que algum funcionário ou pessoa que indicamos vai, voltam reclamando. As filiais de Neves e da Portugal atendem melhor que na matriz. Difícil entender.
I recommend that managers carry out an internal satisfaction survey. Shipping and sales are in a bad mood like I've never seen before. It's not just my complaint. Every time an employee or person we recommend goes, they come back complaining. The Neves and Portugal branches serve better than at the head office. Hard to understand.
