They do not answer the phone and if the bus companies' windows are closed, the attendance of the bus station professionals is terrible and unwilling.

Terrible attendance. I needed to know the bus schedule from Itaúna to Para de Minas, and nobody knew how to inform me! They gave me and numbers and nobody knew how to speak. This is absurd

Comunico aos responsáveis da rodoviária de Itaúna que nos dias de hoje é intolerável pessoas assim em uma função tão importante de atendimento e de informações. Favor aos responsáveis da gerência da rodoviária rever e solucionar !!!
The attendant was stupid to pass information over the phone and again with an unwillingness to answer being thick and with an undue tone of voice. I inform the people in charge of the Itaúna bus station that people like this are intolerable these days in such an important service and information function. Favor those responsible for the management of the bus station to review and solve it !!!
