I like the store and the service, the store has moved about 3x over the years and I always behind lol. I've lost count of how many times I went to the store. I always indicate!

Deixei meu PS3 para arrumar, o mesmo ligava, usava a rede e apenas travava em alguns. Após quase dois meses sem nenhum retorno da assistência, descobri que queimaram a placa do videogame, impossibilitando-o até de ligar.
A empresa prometeu dar um console do mesmo modelo para amenizar o ocorrido, até deu, mas com outro defeito, sem acesso a rede e com travamentos ao inicializar.
Service left to be desired.
I left my PS3 to tidy up, it turned on, used the network and just crashed in some. After almost two months with no return of assistance, I found that they burned the game board, making it impossible to even turn on.
The company promised to give a console of the same model to mitigate what happened, even gave, but with another defect, no network access and crashes when booting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei o HDMI do PS4 e depois de alguns meses descobri indo em outra assistência que eles tinham colocado uma peça de outro aparelho e soldado na placa. Um serviço de péssima qualidade que naturalmente não durou (tive que trocar novamente).
I switched the HDMI from the PS4 and after a few months I discovered going on another tour that they had put a piece of another device and soldier on the board. A poor quality service that of course did not last (I had to change again).
