★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral tive uma boa experiência, fiz uma compra com o vendedor Matheus e pedi para entregarem na minha residência, chegou tudo certo e paguei na hora, indiquei para o meu namorado que fez a compra de um aparelho que relataram que era de mostruário, entretanto o aparelho parou de funcionar e notamos também que estava sem os parafusos que ficam do lado da entrada do carregado, a troca foi realizada e o problema foi resolvido.
Overall I had a good experience, I made a purchase with the seller Matheus and asked them to deliver it to my house, everything arrived fine and I paid on time, I indicated to my boyfriend who made the purchase of a device that they reported that it was from a showcase, however the device stopped working and we also noticed that the screws that are on the input side of the charger were missing, the exchange was carried out and the problem was solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOJA HORRÍVEL!!! Comprei e 1 dia após percebi que a tela estava folgada, levei até a loja e levaram o aparelho pra uma sala, não nos mostraram qual seria a solução e simplesmemte abriram o aparelho sem aviso prévio, sem falar do péssimo atendimento.
HORRIBLE STORE!!! I bought it and 1 day later I noticed that the screen was loose, I took it to the store and they took the device to a room, they didn't show us what the solution would be and they simply opened the device without prior notice, not to mention the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo está loja ninguém,compramos um aparelho iPhone com 2 semanas deu problema , retornamos a loja onde o atendimento e péssimo,não dão assistência,não respondem o WhatsApp e não dão informações concretas. Cada um que atende passa uma informação .Após 7 dias voltamos pra buscar o aparelho aguardamos aproximadamente 4 horas e quando o aparelho chegou simplesmente não carregava. Enfim não resolveram nosso problema se quiserem comprar aparelhos procure algum lugar de confiança e que passem segurança.
I don't recommend this store to anyone, we bought an iPhone device with 2 weeks old, there was a problem, we returned to the store where the service is terrible, they don't give assistance, they don't answer WhatsApp and don't give concrete information. Each person who answers gives information. After 7 days we went back to get the device, we waited approximately 4 hours and when the device arrived it simply wouldn't charge. Anyway, they didn't solve our problem. If you want to buy devices, look for somewhere you trust and that pass security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um iphone 13 pro max pra minha esposa. Ate ai tudo bem. No mesmo dia informei meu interesse em fazer um upgrade de ipad pro e perguntei se eles pegariam na troca o meu aparelho. No dia a atendente disse que sim, e que se eu quisesse ja podiam fazer uma avaliação.
Deixei para outro dia pois estava com pressa e de fato nao iria concluir o negocio naquele dia.
Hoje (um mes depois) retornei o contato e disseram que nao pegam mais o meu aparelho por falta de atualização do ios.
Obs meu aparelho atualiza normalmente, e se encontra com a versao mais recente do sistema.
Conclusao, desculpa esfarrapada e falta consideração com seus clientes. Nao volto mais nesse loja
I bought an iphone 13 pro max for my wife. There, all right. On the same day I informed my interest in upgrading my ipad pro and asked if they would take my device in exchange. On the day the attendant said yes, and that if I wanted they could do an evaluation.
I left it for another day because I was in a hurry and in fact would not complete the business that day.
Today (a month later) I returned the contact and they said that they no longer take my device due to lack of ios update.
Obs my device updates normally, and is with the latest version of the system.
Conclusion, lame excuse and lack of consideration for their customers. I will not go back to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um aparelho iPhone 7 na loja iTech Store localizada em Campinas na Avenida Brasil 1439 após ver propaganda no instagram deles @itechstoreoficial, onde todas as propagandas estão bem claras que todos os aparelhos da loja são originais. Após 2 meses de uso o aparelho começou a apresentar problema na bateria, descarregava completamente após pouquissimas horas de uso. No começo descarregava após 4 horas, depois de um tempo após 2 horas. Hoje em meia hora de uso ele já descarrega. E o uso é apenas de redes sociais instagram e whatsapp e facebook, nada de jogos. Entrei em contato com a loja e eles me orientaram a levar na apple, pois já que o aparelho era original apple tinha garantia apple. Detalhe quando eu fiz a compra pedi nota fiscal e não me deram, disseram que não faziam nota fiscal, apenas recibo de compra e venda e iriam me enviar por whatsapp. Não me enviaram. Quando o aparelho apresentou problema eu pedi minha nota fiscal pra levar o aparelho na apple e eles falaram a mesma coisa que não faziam nota fiscal apenas recibo de compra e venda (detalhe que meu primo comprou um celular na mesma loja e recebeu nota fiscal). Não me deram este recibo ainda e disseram q não precisaria na apple era só levar o aparelho. Levei o aparelho na apple e a atendente disse que não poderia reparar meu aparelho pois ele tinha peças não originais, ou seja, era um aparelho MODIFICADO, não era um aparelho original como haviam me vendido. A mesma me deu um documento comprovando que o aparelho não era original, estava modificado e portanto não poderia ser reparado. Entrei em contato com a loja, a mesma queria levar meu aparelho na apple e eu disse que eu iria junto, eles não quiseram dessa forma e eles NEGARAM que meu aparelho estava modificado mesmo com o documento comprovando da própria apple. A todo momento negaram suporte, e agiram como se eu estivesse inventando que meu aparelho estava modificado, mesmo eu estando com o documento da própria apple comprovando esse fato. Entrei no procon e abri uma reclamação, hoje levei a reclamação na loja e até o presente momento a loja continua se recusando a dar qualquer tipo de suporte.
I bought an iPhone 7 device at the iTech Store located in Campinas at Avenida Brasil 1439 after seeing an advertisement on their instagram @itechstoreoficial, where all the advertisements are very clear that all the devices in the store are original. After 2 months of use, the device started to have a problem with the battery, completely discharging after a few hours of use. At first it would discharge after 4 hours, after a while after 2 hours. Today in half an hour of use it already discharges. And the use is only of social networks instagram and whatsapp and facebook, no games. I contacted the store and they guided me to take it to apple, because since the device was original apple it had apple warranty. Detail when I made the purchase I asked for an invoice and they didn't give me, they said they didn't make an invoice, just a purchase and sale receipt and they would send me by whatsapp. They didn't send me. When the device had a problem, I asked for my invoice to take the device to apple and they said the same thing that they didn't make invoices, only purchase and sale receipts (detail that my cousin bought a cell phone at the same store and received an invoice). They didn't give me this receipt yet and they said I wouldn't need it at apple, just take the device. I took the device to apple and the attendant said she could not repair my device because it had non-original parts, that is, it was a MODIFIED device, it was not an original device as they had sold me. She gave me a document proving that the device was not original, it was modified and therefore could not be repaired. I contacted the store, they wanted to take my device to apple and I said I would go along, they didn't want it that way and they DENIED that my device was modified even with the document proving from apple itself. At all times they denied support, and acted as if I was inventing that my device was modified, even though I had Apple's own document proving this fact. I entered the procon and opened a complaint, today I took the complaint to the store and until the present moment the store continues refusing to give any kind of support.

Vamos la comprei um celular nesta loja ( aparelho de mostruário)com 02 semanas de uso o mesmo começo a dar problema na tela e na bateria , chamei no Whats o atendimento realmente deixa a desejar pois as vezes so respondem um dia depois. A Camila pediu que levasse ate a loja pra verificar, assim foi feito, chegando la levaram o celular pra dentro e me disseram o caso e delicado e precisamos enviar para assistência e na segunda feira de damos um retorno do que sera feito, aguardei ate sexta feira , enviei mensagem e nada , liguei e nada. Então fui ate a loja para saber algo, chegando la ninguém tinha uma posição, o único que realmente disse algo foi o Matheus que disse pra voltar na segunda que meu aparelho ia estar pronto, sendo assim ressaltei que não aceitava trocar peça do meu aparelho pois ate então me disseram que era novo de mostruário. Na segunda me passaram um horário de 15:30 e eu fui , aguardei ate as 18:30 e meu aparelho chegou e perguntei foi trocado peça e me disseram que não foi feito apenas ajustes na cofiguração, assim que peguei o aparelho ele estava com 15 por cento de bateria e do nada foi pra 5 , perguntei se tinha trocado a bateria insistiu que não, fui carregar o celular e o mesmo não carregou.Me ofereceram estornar o valor do celular porem demorava de 30 a 90 dias , emfim tinha pego um xs e me ofereceram um xr pelo mesmos valor sem desconto e quando peguei o xr tava com cem por cento a bateria agora esta 85 por cento com apenas 3 semanas de uso e pra ser sincera to com preguiça de me indispor novamente com eles pois passei muito nervoso. RESUMINDO ALGUNS PODEM TER SORTE EU JA NÃO TIVE , ATENDIMENTO PESSIMOOOOOOOOOO NÃO RECOMENDO

Let's go, I bought a cell phone in this store (showcase device) with 02 weeks of use and the same start to give a problem with the screen and the battery, I called on Whats the service really leaves something to be desired because sometimes they only respond a day later. Camila asked me to take it to the store to check, that's how it was done, when they got there they took the cell phone inside and told me the case is delicate and we need to send it for assistance and on Monday we'll give a return on what will be done, I waited until Friday fair, I sent a message and nothing, I called and nothing. So I went to the store to find out something, when I got there no one had a position, the only one who really said something was Matheus who said to come back on Monday that my device would be ready, so I emphasized that I would not accept to change a part of my device because until then they told me it was new from the showcase. On Monday they gave me a time of 15:30 and I went, waited until 18:30 and my device arrived and I asked it was changed part and they told me that it was not just adjustments made to the configuration, as soon as I got the device it was 15 percent of battery and out of nowhere it went to 5, I asked if he had changed the battery he insisted no, I went to charge the cell phone and it didn't charge. xs and they offered me an xr for the same price without a discount and when I got the xr it was at 100% the battery is now 85% with only 3 weeks of use and to be honest I'm too lazy to get upset with them again because I spent a lot nervous. SUMMARY SOME MAY BE LUCKY I HAVEN'T HAD IT, BAD SERVICE I DON'T RECOMMEND
