Tive a mesma percepção de que a vendedora quer se livrar do cliente o.mais.rápido possível. Fora o tempo que fiquei parada esperando ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive semana passada na loja para comprar aviamentos. Não conhecia a loja e fui pelos comentários que vi. Tem muita variedade de tecidos e aviamentos. As vendedoras muito atenciosas e a dona me tratou muito bem. cheguei no caixa e falei boa tarde para um senhor que estava no caixa que não respondeu, em seguida puxou meu cartão da minha mão com rispidez. Assim que passou meu cartão na máquina, jogou meu cartão no balcão que quase cai no chão e em seguida jogou também o comprovante do cartão. Saí de lá muito triste e indignada com tamanha falta de educação. Não importa se ele estava ocupado, mas o cliente precisa de um tratamento digno. Me senti mal e meu dia também não estava lá essas coisas. Só piorou meu dia. Não estava lá pedindo esmola e sim comprando, já que é o objetivo de quem tem um comércio, vender, lucrar com seus clientes. Como costuro particular achei ótimo ter aquela variedade de tecidos e pensei que não precisaria ir mais na 25 de março ou Brás. Pelo ocorrido nunca mais coloco os pés nessa loja porque não preciso ser tratada com grosseria e desprezo. Nunca fui tratada assim em outros comércios.
I was at the store last week to buy trims. I didn't know the store and went by the comments I saw. It has a wide variety of fabrics and trims. The sellers were very thoughtful and the owner treated me very well. I arrived at the register and said good afternoon to a man who was at the register who didn't respond, then he pulled my card out of my hand with a sharpness. As soon as he swiped my card through the machine, he threw my card on the counter that almost fell to the floor and then threw the card receipt as well. I left there very sad and indignant with such a lack of politeness. It doesn't matter if he was busy, but the client needs decent treatment. I felt bad and my day wasn't there either. It only made my day worse. I wasn't there asking for alms, but buying, since that is the objective of those who have a business, to sell, to profit from their customers. As a private sewing I thought it was great to have that variety of fabrics and I thought I wouldn't need to go any more on March 25th or Brás. As a result, I never set foot in this store again because I don't need to be treated with rudeness and contempt. I have never been treated like this in other businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Dei "bom dia!" e a dona já respondeu que tinha passado do meio dia. Atendem como se estivessem fazendo um favor pra você. Não tinha todos itens que procurávamos. Sai de lá e fui para outra loja no largo de Alvim, onde aí sim fui bem atendido.
Terrible attendance. I said "good morning!" and the owner already replied that it was past noon. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. It didn't have all the items we were looking for. I left there and went to another store in Largo de Alvim, where I was well attended to.
