★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Comprei algumas peças mas não experimentei todas. Retornei para trocar duas, estava com as etiquetas mas não estava com a nota em mãos. Me disseram que poderia trocar mas não pelo valor das etiquetas porque haviam remarcado as peças e já não valiam mais os.precos que paguei. Não tive paciência para discutir e fui embora. Fui mal atendida com muito descaso não consegui trocar as peças a vendedora foi mal educada. Não voltarei a comprar nesta loja.
Did not like. I bought a few pieces but didn't try them all. I returned to exchange two, I had the tags but I didn't have the bill in hand. I was told that I could exchange it but not for the value of the tags because the pieces had been rescheduled and they were no longer worth the prices I paid. I didn't have the patience to argue and left. I was poorly attended with a lot of neglect I couldn't change the parts the seller was rude. I will not buy from this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compras algumas vezes, da última vez retornei para trocar 2 peças, a gerente e a moça do caixa foram super grossas e mal educadas, não sabem explicar com educação,me responderam gritando. Parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor ou uma esmola, quando na verdade só fui trocar algo que paguei e estava tudo certo.
A gerente deveria no mínimo ser educada, saber conversar, explicar e passar isso para os funcionários dela.
A troca de um produto não é um favor que ela está fazendo, é um direito do consumidor, desde que esteja tudo certo com o item, etiqueta e nota fiscal. Ela não se recusou a trocar as peças, só não me tratou com o mínimo de educação.
O som da loja fica ligado, anunciado que lá o cliente vai ter um atendimento de qualidade e personalizado e realmente tive, mas não de uma forma positiva.

I went shopping a few times, the last time I went back to exchange 2 pieces, the manager and the cashier were super rude and rude, they don't know how to explain politely, they answered me screaming. It felt like I was asking for a favor or a handout, when in fact I just went to exchange something I paid for and everything was fine.
The manager should at least be polite, know how to talk, explain and pass this on to her employees.
Exchanging a product is not a favor she is doing, it is a consumer right, as long as everything is right with the item, label and invoice. She didn't refuse to change the parts, she just didn't treat me with the least politeness.
The store's sound is turned on, announcing that the customer will have quality and personalized service there, and I really did, but not in a positive way.
