Quero deixar aqui meu agradecimento e elogio ao atendimento da Prefeitura de Itu em especial ao Departamento de Cadastro Imobiliário ao Sr.Rodrigo e toda sua equipe de profissionais que presta um excelente atendimento, com eficiência e solicitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalações são modernas. Estacionamento tem escadaria pra acessar o prédio. Se tiver com pessoas com dificuldade motora deixe a pessoa mais próximo antes de ir estacionar. Não tenha receio de perguntar na recepção, caso se sinta desorientado quanto ao local que precisa ir.
Facilities are modern. Parking has stairs to access the building. If you have people with motor difficulties, let the person closer before going to park. Don't be afraid to ask at reception if you feel confused as to where you need to go.

A lot of delay just to receive the citizen card, there should be two or three works to deliver the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que precisavam melhorar o atendimento e colocar mais pessoas para a agilidade no atendimento para retirar um cartão que o mesmo ja feito demora na média de 1 hora +....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar meu cartao cidadão, achei que tinha poucas pessoas para atender e edtava desorganizado o atendimento,fiz na internet pelo aplicativo e tinha so uma mesma menina para dar a senha ,informação e entregar o cartão, até desisti de esperar vou ter que voltat outro dia
I went to get my citizen card, I thought there were few people to attend and the service was disorganized, I did it on the internet through the app and there was only one girl to give the password, information and deliver the card, I even gave up waiting I'll have to come back another day
