Realizei algumas impressões coloridas e o arquivo danificado imprimiu em 4 folhas apenas um risco
Pedi desconto e a atendente disse que não tem como pois a máquina lê como impressão colorida ...bom senso nada....primeira e última vez nessa loja.
Poor service
I made some color prints and the damaged file printed on 4 sheets just a scratch
I asked for a discount and the attendant said that there is no way because the machine reads as color printing ... common sense nothing ... first and last time in this store.
