★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um agendamento pela Ituran porém confiança instalação a empresa avisou que o kit havia acabado é não deu tempo de solicitar mais kit para o modelo do meu carro, Aí eu pergunto que tipo de empresa que não se programa para atender bem seu cliente.
Fiz um novo reagendamento mas em outra instaladora que por sinal fui bem atendido é rápido.
I made an appointment for Ituran but trust the installation the company warned that the kit was over and there was no time to request more kit for the model of my car.
I made a new rescheduling but in another installer that by the way I was well attended is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Não compensa te cobra 299,99 pela a instalação do rastreador, além de vc paga todo mês. Depois que vc retirá é te cobram 100,00 . Além do seguro que é terceirizado! Resumindo não compensa ! O.valor deles fica praticamente o valor de um seguro direto com uma seguradora! De nome no mercado . Se for por seguro barato ! Compensa hoje a Suhai .

Muitos erros com app, site, geração de boleto, alteraram a data de vencimento sem aviso prévio e cobram multa, atendimento não tá nem aí. Imagina se um dia precisar da ajuda deles, reboque, roubo... Serviço MUITO ruim, atendimento pior ainda.
I've been a customer for over 7 years. But for a few months now it's been bad. Many errors with the app, website, generation of boleto, they changed the due date without prior notice and charge a fine, service doesn't care. Imagine if one day you need their help, towing, theft... VERY bad service, even worse service.
