 I waited 2:30 am for my son to be seen, seeing other patients who arrived after we were seen before. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida na recepção e pelo médico. O tempo de espera foi mínimo. A estrutura e limpeza do local são impecáveis. O ponto negativo é ter que pagar estacionamento.
I was well attended at reception and by the doctor. The waiting time was minimal. The structure and cleanliness of the place are impeccable. The downside is having to pay for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Dos 2 exames de vista que fiz, os resultados deram diferentes e em ambos senti tontura ao usar o óculos. Ressalto que anos atrás tinha feito em outra clínica e a adaptação foi perfeita. Vou ter que procurar outra clínica.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Of the 2 eye exams I did, the results were different and in both I felt dizzy when wearing the glasses. I emphasize that years ago I had done it in another clinic and the adaptation was perfect. I'll have to look for another clinic.

Service at the Altiplano unit is a great alternative for those who need prompt service. But since it's more relaxed, I take my mother to her evaluations there. Even though it is by order of arrival, I advise you to call beforehand to find out how the movement is going.

Excelente profissional, extremamente prudente e lúcida acerca do que faz! Pessoal da recepção é extremamente preparado e muito cordial. Se precisa de um atendimento de urgência ou não urgência pode ir sem medo.
