★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tirando a parte que paga um salário diário e vale refeição razoável, a total falta de transparência da empresa (Tive que descobrir por uma rede social que ela foi vendida), desigualdade nas escalas dos inventários entre os associados (uns recebem mais escalas que outros) e péssima gestão sobre o modo de escala substituível dos associados (não há estratégia de planejamento das escalas e solicitam reposição em cima da hora onde o funcionário tem que pagar para ir trabalhar). Torcer para que a entrada da RGIS na história mude alguma coisa!
Excluding the part that pays a daily wage and a reasonable meal, the company's total lack of transparency (I had to find out through a social network that it was sold), inequality in the scales of inventories among associates (some receive more scales than others) and poor management of the replaceable roster mode for associates (there is no strategy for planning rosters and they request replacement at the last minute when the employee has to pay to go to work). Hope that RGIS' entry into history will change something!
